John  12:3 Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, *VERY COSTLY*, and anointed the FEET OF JESUS, and wiped HIS FEET with HER HAIR: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.

Have you ever watched people and their reactions and givings when their wife or friend or someone they love is celebrating his/her birthday? Let me not go too far, if someone very close to you is marking his/her birthday, you always go out of your way to do something, it may be that you will buy something or do something special for such a person. Apart from celebrating with the person, you always go out of your way to buy something for such a person.

Now, December 25th is what we have fixed to mark the birthday of Jesus but almost everybody love to celebrate it but nobody remembers to give something to the celebrant.. In fact, December is a month we all love and expect, this is the month we buy things for ourselves and family but we never lay it to heart to think about the celebrant for whose cause we are celebrating.

He is the reason for the celebration but yet He has been completely pushed out of our celebrations because we don't even regard Him enough to buy or give Him something tangible.

DO NOT ONLY JUST THINK OF WHAT YOU WILL GET THIS SEASON, THINK OF WHAT YOU WILL GIVE HIM. What then will you give Him that is of utmost value? That shall be discussed tomorrow.

*Insights For today: think about the celebrant and celebrate Him by giving Him something tangible.*

*_Prayer Point: Father, I thank you because the only reason for this season is my first brother and Lord "Jesus". Thank you for everything Lord in Jesus name.. Keep walking by faith_*
