♦ *TOPIC: LIKE PRECIOUS FAITH*

2 Peter  1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, *TO THEM THAT HAVE OBTAINED LIKE PRECIOUS FAITH WITH US THROUGH THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD AND OUR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST*

We have obtained like-precious faith with the apostles. This means that everyone of us have obtained the same order of faith together with the apostles.

Scripture declares that we had been given the same order of faith but i began to ask "Lord but if we have been given the same order or kind of faith according to God's righteousness or according to the justice of God, why then didn't we have the same kind of results and operations?"

One thing I've found out in life is that, you can't get answers if you don't have questions. Certain things may be made available to you without asking but many things will never be made known unto you if you never bothered to ask.

As I kept asking "why will I have the same kind of faith as Peter, Paul, Maria Woodworth  and yet not have their results?
The Lord gently responded, "yes, you have the same kind of faith but your choices and actions are not the same, how then can you have the same kind of proofs or results?"

Two different people hears a word, one makes a decision to do something about the message he has heard while the other refuses to do something about that which he has heard. Is it possible for the two of them to get the same results? No.

Romans  12:3  For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, ACCORDING AS GOD HATH DEALT TO EVERY MAN THE MEASURE OF FAITH.

We have the same kind but the levels differs based on what we have done with the measure we have received from the Lord.

Insights For Today: We have been given the same measure, make use of yours and multiply it so you can be able to do greater things with it.

*_Prayer: Father, I thank you for your word to me today. Help me dear Lord to grow the measure of faith you have given to me in Jesus name. Keep walking by faith_*
